Terms of use

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the website conroe.ai, including the pages under conroe.ai/apps/ and the waitlists on them (together, the “site”). The site is run by 1430 Consulting LLC, doing business as Conroe AI (“Conroe AI”, “we”, “us”), a Texas limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using one of our apps, such as DojoLens, is covered by that app’s own terms, which you accept when you start using it.

What the site is for

The site describes Conroe AI and the apps we are building, and lets you contact us or join a waitlist. It is general information about our business. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial, medical or technical advice for your situation.

Apps described on the site

Some apps on the site are not yet available. Descriptions, pictures and screens of an app that hasn’t launched show what we are building and may change before launch, or the app may never launch. The pictures on the site are illustrations, not photos of real customers. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and no price, feature or launch date is promised until an app’s own terms say so.

Waitlists

Joining a waitlist is free and doesn’t create a contract or reserve anything for you. We will use your address as our privacy policy describes: to confirm it, and to tell you when the app opens to you. You must be at least 18 to join. You can leave at any time.

Contacting us doesn’t create an agreement

Writing, calling or joining a waitlist does not create a contract, a partnership or any duty of confidentiality. Please don’t send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or abusive messages;
• sign anyone else up to a waitlist without their permission, or flood the form with sign-ups;
• probe, scan or test the site’s security, or interfere with how it runs;
• copy or scrape the site in bulk, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We may block access to the site, or remove sign-ups, that break these rules.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations, logos and the “Conroe AI” and “DojoLens” names on the site belong to 1430 Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the site for your own non-commercial purposes, with credit. You may not copy, modify or reuse our names, logos or content to suggest a connection with us, or for any other commercial purpose, without our written permission.

Other websites

The site links to, and uses services from, other companies, such as Cloudflare. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms and policies apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the site collects and how we use it.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a message or sign-up sent through it will reach us; if you don’t hear back, email info@conroe.ai.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Conroe AI, 1430 Consulting LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a part of these terms isn’t a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
